R2R Pro, the full face helmet for which the research of aerodynamic performance went towards the best shape. The comfort of the interior joins the manufacturing technology to offer the best reliability and safety for the rider. The R2R Pro is designed and produced to provide the best airflow inside the helmet as well as offer the best comfort and aerodynamic values. The co-operation with aeronautic engineers, use of cutting edge software and the use of the wind tunnel have created a shape that is absolutely spot on for the target audience of this helmet.
The Shell is made in ADT- advanced, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes. The shell of the R2R Pro is produced in two sizes: M and L.
The Internal polystyrene liner comes in two sizes (M and L) to obtain better ergonomics as well as a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced in an impact.
The visor of the R2R Pro is made of injected polycarbonate, is anti-scratch, optically class 1 certified with a variable thickness, while also being Pinlock Max Vision compatible and having an internal sun visor. The mounting and rotation system allow the removal of the visor without the use of any tool.
The internal polystyrene liner was studied to work in harmony with the air intakes on the external shell. Grooved channels in the polystyrene, allow the flow of air in an optimal manner into the helmet while also enabling quick exhaust of the hot air.
The cheek pads and the internal comfort liner can be removed, washed and replaced. They are made of bi-elastic fabric with specific fibres coupled with sponges with open cells for the best air flow in order to keep the rider dry and fresh.
The retention system used is the 'Double D-Ring' in light alloy.
The weight of the helmet is approx. gr 1500 ± 50.
