Shipping Policy


Our normal shipping time is 2 working days. A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. The delivery time may differ based on your given location, an estimated delivery time is usually between 3-10 working days. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed. Sometimes there might be a delay from the courier partner due to unavoidable circumstances which are not under our control, hence any order cancellations are not accepted due to this delay.

We check the product thoroughly for any defects before we ship it out, but if you find the package is tampered, do not accept the package and get the details of the delivery person and inform us ASAP. A video recording of unboxing must be made in case of any transit damage/faulty product.

Return Policy


All helmet sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted once an order has been placed and dispatched.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product details and refer to the Size Chart provided on the product page before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct helmet size.

Please ensure that you verify your size, model, color, and other specifications before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be returned due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or a product different from what was ordered, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video for review.
