Shipping Policy


Our normal shipping time is 1 working day. A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. The delivery time may differ based on your given location, an estimated delivery time is usually between 3-10 working days. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. Sometimes there might be a delay from the courier partner due to unavoidable circumstances which are not under our control, hence any order cancellations are not accepted due to this delay.

We check the product thoroughly for any defects before we ship it out, but if you find the package is tampered, do not accept the package and get the details of the delivery person and inform us ASAP. A video recording of unboxing must be made in case of any transit damage/faulty product.

Return Policy


The return is accepted only if there is a sizing error, wrong product, defective product or damage in shipping. We may ask for the video recording proof of unboxing from you in case of any transit damage/faulty product, without which the return will not be accepted. The return has to be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the product, failing which, the return will not be accepted. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse. For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us.

We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and safety for your return shipment. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Helmets must be shipped back as they were received in their original helmet bag, box and include all original paperwork and accessories. Any product which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to try your helmet indoors before heading out for a ride. Any product which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received will be rejected. Incase of a transit damage while returning, the product will be rejected.
